Budecort 200 Inhaler is a corticosteroid medication containing 200 mcg of budesonide per dose, used for the long-term, preventive treatment of asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). As a "preventer" inhaler, its purpose is to reduce inflammation and swelling in the airways to ease breathing over time, rather than providing immediate relief for an ongoing asthma attack. The full effects may take a few weeks to become apparent, and it should be used regularly as prescribed, even when symptoms are not present. 

Budenase AQ Nasal Spray is a steroid. It relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny nose, sneezing, and sinus discomfort. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause swelling and allergies, thus relieving the discomfort and irritation in your nose.
